Sponsored Giveaway: Gluten Free Bisquick Prize Pack

Hey blog friends!

A few months ago I signed up for a program called My Blog Spark, basically a way for Bloggers to review and giveaway new products.  I was particularly interested in this program because they had a category for Gluten Free foods.  I am always looking for new things to try.  The first product I was asked to review was Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix.

As with regular Bisquick mix, there's a bunch of things you could make with it--pizza crust, biscuits, waffles, etc.  There's a whole website of recipe ideas.  I chose to use it to make my mom's Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake with it.  As you know, E can't eat Gluten (among so many other things) so I was actually able to adapt the recipe so he could try.  The verdict?  Not exactly like regular Bisquick, but a decent substitute.  I'm always looking for mixes so I can make alternatives for E.  I would definitely buy this again, probably to try the pizza crust so I could make my favorite Chicken Pesto Pizza.

If you'd like to download a coupon for $1 off Gluten Free Bisquick Mix, click here.

So here is the Bisquick pack of goodies that Bisquick sent me through My Blog Spark.  (Yep, it just showed up at my door!):

It came with a box of GF Bisquick Mix, a pancake flipper, a pancake pan (who knew such a thing existed?), and a pancake pen (to write/draw shapes--fun!).  They're also going to give the same pack to the winner of my giveaway.  Free stuff, y'all!

So here's whatcha do:  Comment this post.  You might want to tell me what you'd make with said Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix.  Or not.  It's your comment, dude.  Just comment and you're entered.  Be sure to use a name (duh!) so I can contact you if you win.

Giveaway will close Friday, December 10 at 10:00 PM Pacific time.  I'll use Random.org to select a winner.

Ready, GO!

  1. Hi

I would make cheddar biscuits- like the kind they have at Red Lobster. Another one of my favorite is apple cinnamon pancakes. So delicious!

And I've always wanted the mini pancake pan! I think I'd like to try a pizza with the Bisquick - I've been thinking of making a garlic chicken pizza lately.

  8. I did that because I can't remember my Google ID password. Not trying to be sneaky.
